TRAINING PROGRAMMES

After completing initial selection process such as physical appearance, curriculum vitae, perception level, basic reaction skills…, new guards will gather at company’s training centres.

Training time for new guards: two months.

Contents of training:

1. Introducing company’s organizational structure.
2. Introducing company’s labor rules and regulations.
3. Introducing labor, civil and criminal law.
4. Training basic martial arts.
5. Training fire protection work.
6. Training first-aid skill.
7. Training the skill of communicating with customers.
8. Training basic English communication skill.
9. Training manners and instructions.
10. Enhancing the morality of professional security guards.
11. Training the skill of using protecting equipments.
12. Training basic professional security skill.
13. Training professional security skills to match with every different kind of service.

Training coaches are Vietnam and Police Agencies’ leading security specialists who are very competent of carrying out training process as law regulations.

Annual re-training time for current guards: two weeks.

Contents of training:

1. Check and detect weaknesses of staffs.
2. Training advanced professional security skill.
3. Supplement security knowledge to keep up with the market demand.
4. Training the skill of using new appliances.
5. Disseminate security situation and crime tricks which are happening at the current time.
